Fruit of a close collaboration between the world’s premier yacht charter company, The Moorings, and the leading yacht manufacturer, Beneteau, the new Moorings 51.5 is now available to charter at Moorings bases in the Caribbean. Developed specifically for the charter industry, this new, spacious model focuses on functionality, comfort and ease of use.
Designed by Berret-Racoupeau, the Moorings 51.5 is the latest addition to our monohull range, ideal for family cruising with plenty of cockpit, cabin and interior space. She features 4 double cabins with en-suite heads and shower, plus crew quarters with a head and sink in the peak. The large galley faces a U-shaped saloon with a table that also converts to a double bed.
The Moorings 51.5 features a high level of technology and craftsmanship, combined for reliability with an elegant finish. Built utilizing an innovative and highly developed manufacturing system more typical of the automotive industry, a very high standard of construction is obtained, from the interior décor in varnished wood to the very complete standard equipment, including a 100Hp Yanmar engine and full electronics.
On deck, guests will enjoy the large cockpit which features twin steering and an innovative “freestanding” bimini. All the lines are led aft for ease of handling. Generous water and fuel capacities, a generator and air conditioning fitted as standard add to the comfort of this blue water cruiser.
