The Moorings Moves to New World Class Resort
Clearwater, FL (October 15, 2007) – The Moorings announced effective November 12, 2007 its bareboat sailing and power yacht base in La Paz, Mexico would relocate to CostaBaja Resort & Marina. This new premier double-basin marina has slips for over 250 yachts with all of the amenities to be expected in a five star resort. The Moorings will offer a full range of sailboats with monohulls 35 – 51 ft. and catamarans from 40 – 43 ft. The Moorings Power Yachts will also offer the newest power catamaran available, the recently launched Moorings 474 a 47 ft. four cabin yacht from this location.
The CostaBaja Resort & Marina has it all – shops, restaurants and entertainment just steps away from the marina. The resort is conveniently located just 10 miles from the La Paz airport and is located on a 500 acre master planned community set amidst the spectacular Sea of Cortez and mountains of Baja California Sur. At The Moorings base you will find a wide selection of restaurants which offers delicious cuisine in a range of selections from Mexican, French, Italian as well as local seafood.
